Wiz Digital
AI growth partnership

For:Wiz Digital, Shrivatsa Kajaria
By:LUNIFAI, Lukas Yu Manwaring
The problem

What's slowing your growth.

Before implementing any solution, the problem has to be clear. Here's what came out of our call.

01

One channel, no redundancy

Almost all new logos come through your network, referrals, and open tenders. When those slow down, there is no second channel to fall back on. You mentioned this yourself on the call: new business arrives almost entirely through people you already know.

02

No cold outbound system

There is no cold outbound channel running today. Without a tested ICP, warm mailboxes and sequenced copy, decision-makers in the US, Canada and APAC who would buy Data Command or your data and AI work never hear from you. Every one of those conversations stays unstarted.

03

Pipeline gap, no active fix

At a USD 100k average deal size, each enterprise conversation you are not having represents a significant gap. A team of 40-50 people with no dedicated outbound channel means that gap compounds every month the referral tap runs dry, with no mechanism to replace it.

04

Lead gen without accountability

You have been pitched by lead gen firms before with a similar method, and the conversation stalls at the same point: they will do the work, but they will not put a guarantee in writing. You carry all the risk and pay whether anything lands or not.

The solution

How we solve it.

Here is how we answer each of the points above.

01

A live outbound channel

We define your ICP around Data Command and your consulting offer, build the domain and mailbox infrastructure, and launch sequenced email and LinkedIn campaigns into US, Canada, and APAC. You gain a live, repeatable acquisition channel that runs independently of your network.

02

Copy and campaigns done for you

Every sequence is written for your buyers, ICP-scored, enriched and verified before a single message goes out. With option 2, we also answer the replies, follow up and book the meetings into your calendar, so your team only steps in once a qualified conversation is on the calendar.

03

15 qualified replies in 30 days

The guarantee is contractual: 15 qualified positive replies within 30 days of launch (option 1), or 10 meetings booked if we handle appointment-setting (option 2). If we miss, you get your upfront payment back. No qualified conversations, no second payment.

04

Pipeline at your deal size

Your deals run at around USD 100k, with enterprise cycles to match. The pilot puts new conversations in front of buyers you are not reaching today, and a single deal that closes from it covers the pilot many times over. You keep the infrastructure, the lists and the campaign data either way.

What you're getting

Let's be direct: Wiz Digital has everything it takes to win new clients. What's missing today is a system that turns that potential into qualified meetings, every month.

Right now, your new business comes in almost only one way. You bring in clients through your network, referrals, and public-sector tenders. When those channels are active, the pipeline moves. When they slow, there is no second engine running in the background to compensate, and the gap is significant at your deal sizes.

That's where we come in. We guarantee our service because we know it works.

Here's what you can expect.

1. You'll get a proven system that predictably educates and converts strangers into ideal clients at scale.

Growth will no longer be a question of "how", but a question of "how much". Your system will be a formula: X in, Y out, and you'll be able to scale it up or down as needed to acquire results.

2. You won't have to worry about where the next sale is coming from anymore.

Lead flow will no longer be the key constraint in your business. Instead of spending hundreds of hours a year guessing at how to grow, it's taken care of for you. Your focus gets to shift to closing deals, not generating them.

3. You won't have to compete as a commodity against cheaper competitors with poorer service.

We win high-quality conversations by highlighting what sets you apart, a productised entry point in Data Command, built on live POCs with DP World and a major bank, and then building an irresistible offer around it. No more price wars: compete in a market of one.

4. You'll get an hour or more added back to your calendar each day as we take care of the lead generation for you.

We handle lead gen. You reclaim hours of work. It's a direct ROI through time. If you were to hire someone in-house to generate leads, you'd be paying them a salary. We eliminate that need completely, saving you money.

5. At minimum, you'll get 15 qualified opportunities in 30 days or your money back.

There is absolutely no risk. Don't get at least 15 qualified opportunities in 30 days? We refund you in full. Our goal was to make this offer a no-brainer: either it works or our work is free. With option 2, where we book your meetings, the promise is 10 meetings booked in 30 days.

6. You'll find product-market fit with an in-demand and profitable offer in 1 to 2 months.

No more time guessing at what works. We'll market your offers at scale to let you quickly identify the highest ROI and cut the fluff.

How we do it

Most other offers involve running inbound ads for you, or large scale spam. We do neither. Inbound ad campaigns are extremely expensive for most businesses, since that's where all of them naturally compete. Outbound campaigns are often run poorly and in an untargeted manner, which results in an instant drop in deliverability and blacklisted domains.

We combine the best of both and trim the rest of the fat. It's our own system, the LUNIFAI Growth System.

Here's what it involves:

1. Targeted lead sourcing using AI

We use a variety of services to search for leads in your target market. But instead of relying on keyword-based filters, which are extremely inaccurate (think modern resume systems), we use our own AI toolset to flexibly sift through thousands of companies and find the people closest to your ideal customer. We eat the costs of sourcing, enriching and validating each lead for you.

2. Building an irresistible offer

99% of successful lead generation is a byproduct of messaging. We know what works, today. We'll work with you to build a strong offer, and then turn it into a series of high-quality email and LinkedIn campaigns, sent from domains in your name.

3. We book your meetings, you just show up OPTION 2

We reply to every lead in under an hour, while the interest is still hot. We answer their questions, follow up with the ones who haven't booked until they book or say no, and put the meetings straight into your calendar. You're not involved at any step of the process; you get the invite and all you have to do is show up to the meeting.

Steps and timeline

The pilot runs for 3 months. Here is what happens, month by month.

Month What happens Result
Month 1Onboarding & setup Onboarding call, offer and ICPs defined, lists sourced and scored. The LinkedIn campaign starts in week 1 or 2. In parallel, we create the domains and mailboxes in your name (3 weeks of warm-up) and write the email sequences. The first LinkedIn conversations come in. The email campaigns are ready to go within 30 days of signing.
Month 2Launch & first meetings The email campaigns go out too, on top of LinkedIn, and the 30 day guarantee period starts. With option 2, we handle the replies and book the meetings into your calendar. A check-in twice a month on the results. The first qualified opportunities come in. We keep what converts and adjust the rest.
Month 3Optimisation & review We optimise the campaigns twice a month: new angles, new offers, new ICPs. The guarantee period ends 30 days after launch, with a results review. 15 qualified opportunities (10 meetings booked with option 2), or you're refunded in full. Then you decide whether to continue month to month, with no commitment.
Ways of Working

What does working with us look like?

Step Process Goal
01Onboarding & Setup We configure all your tools to best practice. Operational from day one. Save dozens of hours.
02Twice-monthly calls A 30 minute call twice a month to review progress: leads generated, calls booked, etc. Everyone stays aligned and we move efficiently.
03Weekly sprint We spend the rest of the week generating leads for you and sending them to you on Slack and by email. Our goal is to keep meetings to a minimum. You pay us to save time, not to lose it.
04Simple comms We communicate through a shared Slack channel, with updates Monday to Friday (11am-6pm CET). Already have a workspace? No problem, we use Slack Connect. Otherwise, we invite you into ours.
05Feedback loop We iterate on the campaigns on our own. Your only priority is closing deals. You never have to tell us what to change. We read the data, decide the next move and show you what moved and why.
06Maintenance We maintain all your past cold email / multichannel campaigns and systems. No maintenance worries or extra fees. Total peace of mind.

Monthly cost at your expense
306 USD

Zapmail, PlusVibe and HeyReach. Plus $156 to $182 once for the domains.

Your sending infrastructure

Domains, mailboxes, the sequencer and HeyReach are in your name and stay yours whatever happens after the pilot.

Everything else is on us

Sourcing, enrichment, email verification and AI personalisation are included in the pilot fee.

Tool Role in the pilot Monthly cost
Zapmail Domains and 40 mailboxes $150
PlusVibe Warm-up and sequence sending $77
HeyReach LinkedIn channel $79
Monthly total Billed to you directly by each provider, in your name, never marked up. $306
One-off purchase
Domains (12 to 14) Dedicated sending domains, in your name, bought through Zapmail $156 to $182
Total at launch Payable once, at launch. $156 to $182

The sourcing tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay and prospecting databases) are paid by me and do not appear in this table. You only pay for the infrastructure that belongs to you.

What you're investing

Our guiding principle for any offer, including our own, is to make it illogical to say no. Instead of relying on emotional, pressure-based tactics, a successful offer involves clear benefits, very strong risk reversal, and total transparency.

That's why we're guaranteeing 15 qualified opportunities in thirty days (10 booked meetings with option 2). Because it turns saying yes from a stressful decision into a logical one.

Your possible outcomes at the end of the guarantee period are now:

  1. You hit 15 qualified opportunities or more in thirty days. Given your closing rate, you sign new clients from them, and you give a small fraction of what they bring in to us.
  2. You hit between zero and 15 qualified opportunities in thirty days. You close a portion of them, perhaps one or two. But since we give you your money back, our work costs you nothing, and your revenue is likely still up. Meaning that your business still grows, probably faster than you'd have been able to otherwise, and you've gained a strong understanding of your offer and sales in general.

As mentioned previously, the end result in both cases is that you benefit. That's what I mean by a good offer: all roads lead to success.

Investment

How the three months work.

The minimum engagement is three months. That time is what it takes to get inside your business, set the systems up, iterate and optimise the campaigns. Here is how it runs.

Month 1

Onboarding and setup

Month one starts on the day of onboarding, once payment is received, and includes your first onboarding session, where I configure your tools and automation platforms. I handle authentication and access sharing (2FA and the rest) so you are operational from day one. You are then added to your Slack channel, we run a second onboarding session to go through your targets and your offer in detail, and the regular sprints begin. In parallel, the domains and mailboxes spend three weeks warming up.

Month 2

Review and more sprints

Month two starts thirty days after your first payment and opens with a detailed review of progress. From there we run another four sprints.

Month 3

Into the rhythm

Month three and beyond run at the same rhythm, with the weekly sprints and the review call twice a month.

All options require commitment up to and including the last day of the pilot. Since it takes some time to create your offer, write your copy, and configure the campaigns, this is a required part of our arrangement. Relationships thereafter are month-to-month at 2,980 a month (one month's notice). If the guarantee is missed, the pilot ends with the refund.

What happens if I don't get 15 qualified opportunities during the guarantee period?

To be clear: if we weren't confident that we could achieve this for you, we wouldn't have offered to partner with you in the first place.

But if you don't receive 15 qualified opportunities (or 10 booked meetings with option 2) during the guarantee period, we will refund you entirely and in full. This is the crux of our offer. The refund is the 3,800 paid at signing, sent to the card or account you paid from, and the second payment is never due. With option 2, the guarantee holds when you record the meetings you attend and attend at least 90% of them; meetings already booked stay billed.

What counts as a qualified opportunity?

A decision-maker in your target market who replies that they want to talk about your services, or asks to see your work, references or testimonials. Out-of-office replies, "not now" and "unsubscribe" don't count.

What does a meeting cost?

A meeting is billed once it's booked in your calendar with a decision-maker in your target market. Each one is 280, billed monthly. If a prospect doesn't show up, we rebook them for free, with no second charge. A meeting the prospect cancels and doesn't rebook isn't billed. There's no monthly cap.

How do you handle GDPR and data protection?

We start the pilot in the US, Canada and APAC, so the first campaigns don't touch the EU. We only use public B2B data on companies and their decision-makers. Every email carries a plain line inviting the reader to opt out, and anyone who asks is added to your blocklist straight away and never contacted again.

Nothing goes to prospects in the EU without your written OK.

Are there other costs?

The sending tools run in your name, so you own them: about 305 USD a month, plus 12 to 14 domains once (about 180 USD), for 40 mailboxes to start. We set them all up.

Proposal for Wiz Digital · AI growth partnership

01Purpose

LUNIFAI designs, builds and runs client acquisition systems, first and foremost cold outbound on email and LinkedIn (targeting, sending infrastructure, lists, copy and campaign operation). It also provides AI integrations, automations and custom AI tools. The detail of the deliverables covered by this agreement is set out in this proposal.

02Start date and timeline

The engagement starts on the day of the onboarding call. The onboarding link is sent once the payment due at signing has been received, by Stripe or by bank transfer. Every campaign period in this proposal, the guarantee window included, runs from the day the campaigns launch, not from signature or onboarding.

03Obligations

LUNIFAI undertakes to apply the means necessary to perform the engagement properly and to inform the Client promptly of any blocker. The Client provides the necessary materials, approves deliverables within the agreed times, and pays the amounts due on the agreed terms.

04Liability

LUNIFAI runs the campaigns and integrations on third party platforms (sending tools, LinkedIn, data providers, automation and AI tools). It is not responsible for their outages, limits or policy changes, including restrictions a platform places on an account. Its liability is limited to an obligation of means, save for gross negligence. Closing the sale is the Client's responsibility alone.

05Tools and third party costs

Software, domain and API costs are borne by the Client, subscribed in the Client's name, and carry no margin for LUNIFAI. The detail and order of magnitude of those costs are set out in this proposal. Campaigns and services are suspended if an invoice remains unpaid beyond 30 days.

06Choice of option

The Client chooses on this page option 1 (Pilot) or option 2 (Pilot with appointment setting by LUNIFAI). The option signed sets the guarantee, the trigger of the second payment and the per-meeting fees below.

07Fees and payment

The pilot runs 3 months from launch. 3,800 excluding tax is payable at signing. A second payment of 3,800 excluding tax is due once the 15th qualified opportunity lands (option 1) or the 10th meeting is booked (option 2): LUNIFAI confirms it in writing and invoices it, payable within 14 days. From month 4 the engagement continues at 2,980 excluding tax per month, invoiced monthly. With option 2, each meeting booked (defined below) is billed 280 excluding tax, monthly, with no monthly cap; a prospect who does not show up is rebooked at no further charge. Amounts are in the currency of this proposal.

08Guarantee

Option 1: 15 qualified opportunities within 30 days of the campaigns going live. Option 2: 10 meetings booked within 30 days of launch (defined below), provided the Client records on video each meeting they attend and attends at least 90% of the meetings booked. If the target of the option signed is not reached by the end of the 30 days, LUNIFAI refunds the Client the 3,800 paid at signing, the second payment is not due and the pilot ends. Tool and domain costs remain the Client's. The infrastructure built, the prospect lists, the campaign data and the licence on the deliverables stay with the Client at no charge. Option 2's per-meeting fees pay for meetings booked and are not refunded.

09Definition of a qualified opportunity

A qualified opportunity is a prospect that meets all four points below, counted once per company. An objection on budget or timing ("we have no budget for this right now", "not a priority this quarter") does not disqualify a prospect who meets them: qualifying budget and timing and closing the sale happen on the Client's own call, and are not part of what LUNIFAI guarantees. Out-of-office and automatic replies, unsubscribe requests and replies from people outside the approved ICPs never count. Each opportunity is shared with the Client, with the prospect's reply, as it lands. The Client has 5 business days to flag one as not meeting this definition, giving the reason; flagged opportunities that do not meet it are removed from the count, and unflagged ones count.

  • The company matches one of the ICPs defined and approved in writing by the Client at onboarding: company size, industry, location and target roles.
  • The person is a decision maker at that company, with the authority to buy the Client's services: a founder, an executive, or the head of the function concerned.
  • The company is an operating business able to buy. A company with no employees and no funds is never a qualified opportunity, whatever its reply.
  • The person opts in: they reply that they want to talk about the Client's services or offer, ask to see the Client's previous work, references or testimonials, or ask for a call.

10Definition of a meeting booked (option 2)

A meeting booked is a meeting LUNIFAI places in the Client's calendar with a decision maker in an approved ICP, counted once per company. A meeting the prospect cancels and does not rebook does not count; a rebooked meeting counts once. The Client has 5 business days to flag a meeting booked with someone outside the approved ICPs, giving the reason; unflagged ones count.

11Duration and termination

The pilot runs 3 months from launch. It then continues month to month on the terms above, with the CRM and dashboard added, and either party may end it with one month's notice. Retainers carry no guarantee.

12Ownership

Deliverables are licensed to the Client for exclusive use upon payment. Domains, mailboxes and tool accounts are subscribed in the Client's name and belong to the Client. LUNIFAI retains its methods, its tooling and its technical structures.

13Governing law

This agreement is governed by Swiss law. Exclusive jurisdiction: the courts of the Canton of Geneva.

Confidentiality

Confidentiality Clause.

In the course of performing this contract, the Parties acknowledge that confidential information may be exchanged, in particular of a commercial, technical, financial, strategic, organizational nature or relating to know-how.

01Definition

Confidential information means all information, of any nature whatsoever, communicated in writing, orally, or by any other means, identified as confidential or whose confidential character reasonably flows from its nature or from the circumstances of its disclosure. This includes in particular: client data, internal documents, source code, software architectures, processes, mockups, databases, as well as any information relating to the activities, projects, or working methods of either Party.

02Obligation of the Parties

Each Party undertakes to: not disclose the confidential information to third parties without the prior written agreement of the other Party; use the confidential information solely for the purposes of performing this contract; take all necessary measures to ensure the protection and confidentiality of said information, at least equivalent to those it applies to its own sensitive information.

03Exclusions

The obligations under this clause do not apply to information: that has fallen into the public domain without breach by the receiving Party; already known to the receiving Party before its disclosure by the other Party; whose disclosure is required by law or by a competent judicial or regulatory authority (subject to informing the other Party beforehand to the extent permitted by law).

04Duration

The confidentiality obligations under this clause shall remain in force for a period of five (5) years from the signing of this contract, including in the event of termination or non-execution of the project.

05Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This clause is governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of this clause shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Geneva, subject to a prior amicable settlement between the Parties.
